About the event
Join the Crawl Labs Team and Cold Water Social Club for an immersive experience exploring movement and mobility, intentional breathwork and cold water exposure.
Founded in 2021, Cold Water Social Club is a community of people who meet a few times a week for guided breathwork and find comfort in the cold while immersing themselves in the icy Atlantic Ocean.
Coach Richard-Dean will present an introduction to Organic Mobility as we explore the various articulations and connections of the physical body.
The Cold Water Social Club team will follow on from this by guiding the group through an intentional breathwork practice followed cold water immersion.
There is no cost for this event but numbers are limited to 30 participants, so RSVP is essential.
