Move-Adapt-Play Community Jam

Join us for a free Community Jam led by Coach Richard-Dean.

Discover the Crawl Labs methodology in a fun, playful, friendly community atmosphere while soaking up the sunshine and ocean air.

In this Move-Adapt-Play community jam, we will explore an open play session and mixed-modalities class, including mobility exercises, hanging and pulling, gymnastic rings, solo and interactive games and creative play.

Where: Sea Point Outdoor Gym, next to the promenade at the corner of Beach Rd & Three Anchor Bay Rd (across from Rock Pool)

When: Sunday 26 November 2023, 09:00 - 10:30

Cost: Free 

Afterwards, join us for an optional jog/walk to Saunders Beach for a swim and hang out.

What to bring:

• Comfortable, light and breathable workout clothes
• Sweat towel
• Hat, sunscreen & sunglasses
• Swimwear
• Swim towel
• Light snacks & drinking water
• Comfortable shoes & or running shoes (if you'll join us for the jog)
