By purchasing a group class, personal training session, bodywork session, workshop, online course or any other product from Crawl Labs, you agree that you are solely responsible for your own safety and wellbeing.
 

All material presented on this website and in-person scenarios pertains to physical activity and has inherent risks. Crawl Labs, as a whole, are released from all liability should anything befall you in the course of the practical application of the information presented to you on this website or within a class, workshop or one-on-one session.

 

Upon purchase of any Crawl Labs service or product, you allow for the assumption that you are in full health and without injury or other pathology of any kind. Should you have any condition that may impact your capacity to perform the practical portions of any class or course or where you may experience adverse effects from implementing the practical material, it is recognised that you, as the individual who purchased and applied said information, has taken the necessary precautionary measure to ensure your own health and success in this regard including but not limited to obtaining the necessary medical clearance, appropriate to your personal context, from a recognised and licensed medical professional including but not limited to your doctor or surgeon or therapist or other.

 

You recognize that the advice and physical training that is provided is not meant as a substitute for the medical advice of physicians and is not implied to treat or diagnose any ailment or injury.

 

Upon purchase and ticking acceptance of terms & conditions, you accept and declare that Crawl Labs and any of its staff, contractors or associates are absolved of any responsibility and/or liabilities related to your participation and/or application of the movements/techniques/exercises that may be explored in any one-on-one, group setting or online class or course.

 

Furthermore, you release Crawl Labs, its staff, contractors and associates for any loss or damage to your personal property. You assume personal responsibility for your possessions and their safekeeping.

Privacy Policy

1. What information do we collect and what do we do with it?

  • When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) with Crawl Labs, on this site or related courses, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.

  • Email marketing: we may send you emails about our site and related course(s), registration, course content, your course progress or other updates. We may also use your email to inform you about changes to the course, survey you about your usage, or collect your opinion. 

2. How do you get my consent?

  • When you provide us with personal information to become a learner on our site, make a purchase, or participate in the course, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

  • If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

  • How do I withdraw my consent?

  • If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at crawllabsinfo@gmail.com.

  • We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

4. Purchases & Payments

  • Your data is stored through Third party data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

  • Payment:

  • If you make a purchase on this site, payments are processed through a third party payment processor such as Stripe and Yoco. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. 

  • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.

  • Once you leave our course website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

  • When you click on links on our course site, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
